Broker Open- We had a great turnout at broker preview yesterday with approx 45 agents through. Overall feedback was very positive. The only real negative mentioned was the lack of a garage. A couple agents brought their clients through, including one who seemed interested. She is coming back for a second showing with her contractor

5/22 Showing w/ Laura Baptista- the buyer thought the home needed more work than she was willing to do. 

5/22 Catered Open House- Approx 8 neighbors and buyers are through. It received a lot of positive feedback. Everyone loved the view and potential. It needed too much updating for one of the buyers, and the other buyers really wanted a garage. 

5/23 Showing w/ Amy Calvert- Second showing. The buyers are still interested and are thinking things over.

5/24- Open House- 10 parties through, 2 were interested but needed to think about it

5/27- The buyers liked it but ultimately decided it needed too much work

5/27- The buyers liked it but decided it needed too much work and did not work for their needs

6/1- The buyers loved the location and street but would be downsizing from 4000 sf so the size and lack of garage did not work for them. 

6/1- Showing with Celeste Gilles- her clients are not ready to move yet. They’re in a lease for 6 more months. 

6/3- The buyers liked it but the lack of garage and stairs were too much for them.

6/7 Open House- We had 4 parties come through. Everyone loved the garden and living room and views.Some just looking, some hiking by, and two families looking into TOW. One family is working with an agent and might be in touch. 

6/20- The buyer liked the home, but the lack of the garage was a deal breaker for her.

6/22- The buyer liked the home. Andrea drove them around TOW in her golf cart to show them around. They are coming back for a second showing.

6/29- Open House- The open house was busy! Definitely renewed interest so I am confident we made the right decision.  Multiple parties commented on the price reduction. Lots of neighbors came by looking as well. There was really not a dull moment. Not a lot of representation with other agents these were all buyers individually looking. We are following up with multiple people this week to see if they would like a second showing. The overall feedback was everyone loved the view, lot and floor plan were the positives the lack of garage and the condition or need for updating negatives. 

7/8- The home needed too much work for these buyers.

5/20 - Created lead capturing website

5/20 - created google business product + open house event on Google and linked with lead capturing website

5/20 - Posted a "Just Listed" post on IG, FB, LinkedIn & Twitter, advertised & pushed lead capturing website on IG + FB stories

5/20 - posted the professional video on Youtube and advertised on IG + FB stories. I also put the video in the Just Listed E-card 

5/21 - Home Featured in our bi-weekly AD with the Coastal Real Estate Guide. 

5/21- sent out e-card to our database of agents and all Coldwell Banker agents advertising the Broker Open

5/21 - Sent out e-card to our entire email database of 4053 advertising the premier open house happening on Thursday. 

5/22 - Advertising the premier open house on IG + FB stories. 

5/22 - Created an Isuu publication/ digital flip book & advertised on IG + FB stories.   

5/22 - wrote a blog post about the home and inserted a link to the lead capturing website. Posted the blog on IG + FB stories. 

5/22- Catered Premier Open House

5/23 - Sent out Email to agent database of 1,580 agents, advertising the broker open house on wednesday 

5/23 - Send out email to our database of 4,168 potential clients advertising the home + the open houses this week. 

5/23 - Advertising open house this weekend on IG + FB stories.

5/23- Featured in our Coastal Real Estate Guide ad 

5/30- Just Listed mailer sent out to over 500 addresses in Top of the World

6/4: Property featured in our Coastal Real Estate Guide ad.
